V-step & sweep review
Here are the movements we did on Thursday. Each sequence is a V-step (see the animation) with different cuts or sweeps. You are either sweeping or cutting WITH the rotation of your body or AGAINST the rotation of your body.
Sweep with the rotation twice.
Sweep with, then against, then with.
Cut with, then against, then sweep with.
Hopefully once you have had enough practice, you will be able to create your own combinations and flow naturally off the top of the head, unplanned, choreographed.
